最近我讀了一本書的摘要，叫做刻意練習。因為這本書，我終於明白了為什麼我一直無法脫離現在的水平。的確，舉個學習英語的例子，我幾乎每天都在空閒時間練習，但是我沒有感覺能有更大進步。為什麼？ 

Recently, I have read a summary of a book, called 刻意練習. Due to this book, I realized why I could not improve on my present level. Indeed, take an example of learning English. I practiced almost every day in my spare moment, but I didn't make a lot of progress. Why?

通過這本書，我意識到自己學習缺乏清晰的目標和厲害的方法。我待在舒適區練習中級課程並閱讀類似水平的教材，一直學習偏易的素材會讓我誤以為自己已經足夠厲害了，實際不然。沒有艱鉅的挑戰、競爭的對象和外在的壓力，我如何塑造自己成為理想的角色？

Through this book, I realized My weakness in learning was a lack of a clear goal and proficient method. I stayed in my comfort zone practicing in intermediate class and reading a similar level of material which cheated on me and made me  misunderstand myself. without the difficult challenges and contestants and external stress, how do I shape the ideal role that I want to be? 

其實，成功的背後絕對是努力。它可以解釋為什麼我們可以克服很多困難，包括通過考試、獲得執照、準備報告。我不能忘記和忽視任何學習過程中的努力和掙扎。而且，大多數時候，我們需要像老師來引導我們。有的家長會高薪聘請名師教來教小孩才藝。

Actually, the thing behind the success is absolutely an effort . It can explain why we can overcome plenty of difficulties including passing the exam, getting a license, and delivering a speech . I can’t forget and overlook the hard work and struggle during any learning process. Moreover, most of the time, we need an instructor to guide us. Some parents would hire a tutor with a high salary to teach their children talent and skill.

內容如題，成功的關鍵是高品質的練習。熟能生巧。

The book reveals the answer- the key to success is to have quality practice. Furthermore, practice makes perfect.
