我中斷我的學習因為我忙於準備宣導。我必須提前準備。

每個夜晚我都很規律的做我有興趣的事情。然而，九月，我被兩部歷史劇分心，一是臥薪嘗膽，另一部是江山風雨情。

I do the same thing regularly every single night. On September, i was distracted by two historical dramas, one is 臥薪嘗膽, another is 江山風雨情.

最近我讀了一本書的摘要，叫做刻意練習。因為這本書，我終於明白了為什麼我一直無法脫離現在的水平。的確，舉個學習英語的例子，我幾乎每天都在空閒時間練習，但是我沒有感覺能有更大進步。為什麼？ 

Recently, I have read a summary of a book, called 刻意練習. Due to this book, I realized why I could not improve on my present level. Indeed, take an example of learning English. I practiced almost every day in my spare moment, but I didn't make a lot of progress. Why?

我真的不需要學習英語。因為我已經遠離了入學考試，我的工作不需要英文。說實話，我只是為了興趣而閱讀英語。當我將新單詞輸入我的詞彙庫時，我​​感到很滿足。此外，我正在嘗試閱讀英語故事，這種體驗非常棒。

Last night, I tidied up some expired files and sorted up my notes. It hit me that I was not a lazy girl. I really showed diligence on study, but someimes i was  not. 

however, it was sadly conclude that I forgot almost all clinical knowlege which I have ever sacrificed interacting to people for enhancing myself.

Thus, do I make conclusion that the memory can betray me? If I chose to make friends at that moment, I could accumulate many friends. But because I chose to get alone and away from people, did it pay off in the long run?

1. What ads do you remember most from your childhood? The ads I remembered most from my childhood was chocolate cereals. The famous brand of cereals is Nestle. And the ads in TV looks tasty but expensive.

2. What types of products or services did you pester your parents to purchase when you were a child? I have pestered my parents to buy switch to me. But we couldn’t afford such costly products at that time. So my parents refused to me.

3. In your opinion, whose job is it to regulate advertising:the federal government, local government, industry, parent, or other? The government.

Pierogi are filled dumplings made by wrapping unleavened dough around a savoury or sweet filling and cooking in boiling water水煮. They are often pan-fried 煎before serving.The widely-used English name pierogi was derived from Polish. It is easy to identify the difference amonst dumpling (水餃、煎餃、鍋貼)、小籠包、包子 in manderine. But, the english words "dumpling" can be  use to classify many different things. what's more, different cultures produce their version of dumpling. let's check out.

 Somosas: the food comes from Persia to India. The shape likes pyramid and the filling are peas and potatoes. It is popular dumplings are sold by street vendors in India. I can imagine the crunchy pastry shell. It looks like very delicious.

最近，我很受 chienshannn 一位YouTuber 的啟發。我特別喜歡她有一系列專門邀請各行各業現身說法的視頻。在視頻中，她擔任為主持人並引導來賓談論他們一生中的“選擇”，這些嘉賓們的勵志的故事，果斷的行動和勇敢的決定都非常激勵我。他們勇敢的在人生不同階段調整自己，扮演不同的角色。雖然，他們曾經困惑或是在此時此刻仍然對未來很徬徨，無論結果如何，他們都會接受。

I was really inspired by chienshannn YouTuber. I liked her a series of video of inviting folks from all walks of life particularly. She wasyo as the host, guiding her guest to talk about their “choice” in their lifetime. In her video, i thought I was encouraged by the guests with decisive action and  brave decision. They adjusted themselves being different role in different stage in their lifetime. They had confronted or still have being confused about their life in the future. But they accepted it whatever the outcomes become.

那麼，我可以從視頻中得到什麼收穫呢？或許，我不再害怕做出選擇。當我不知所措時，我並不孤單。即使迷失了方向，繞了路依然能找到另一處的風景。一切都值得一試。這就是茜珊教給我的事。So, What the takeaway points I can get in the video? maybe, I don’t have fear of making choice anymore. I am not alone when I am at a loss. Someone lose his a way but find another trait. Everything deserves a try.

1.What has been the best stage of your life so far,and why? The best stage of my life is now. I have happy family with considerable husband and cute children. I have steady job and now I am trying to fulfill achievements.

2. In your opinion, which offers more convenience, city life or suburban life? I prefer city life to suburn life. City life brings people more convenience and excitement. It is easy to reach the stores to buy necessities. It also doesn’t take too much time on wherever you go. 

1. What statistic is provided in the introduction? The Average American moves about 12 times a lifetime.

2. Why do families often settle down in suburbs? They often settle down for the safety, comfort and the peace of the suburbs. 

3. Where do people in the suburbs often work? People in the suburbs often commute to urban.

1. What type of region do you live in? I live in neighborhood of similar housing design . It only takes 5 minutes to city center or busy street by motorcycle. Here is quiet and slower pace but convenient. 

2. Could you imagine living in a different type of region? If I live in city center, I would be allergic to the polluted air, and be annoyed with sounds from cars. And it may be too crowded to have space to relax and rest. But it is easy to go shopping and enjoy entertainment as well.

3. What benefits are there to living in the suburbs? People living in suburbs can have clean air and have park to go stroll or walk a dog.

Maybe, taxpayers certainly pay the expenses of a royal family. But, some nations and colonies considered a royal family as a tradition and not ready to give up. A royal family is still influential even if it is ceremonial.

2. Should governments hold regular polls 定期民意調查or referendums 公投to find out if citizens want to abolish the monarchy?

In the monarchy, the transfer of power is almost always hereditary. The monarch君主 born to reign. In my country, we have elected president. 民選總統

There are many punchlines 梗 in Friend. This drama only can be understood by proficient English learners. It seems that Someone with general cultural knowledges 通識 and enthusiasm about American culture can comprehend whole contents. If you want to get closer to real life in America, you should give you a try.

I just watched  the documentary about Jannifer Lopez, also known as J.Lo, is a American singer, actress and dancer. 

She is a incredibly diligent 勤奮的woman. It occurs to me that we have 蔡依林 in Taiwan, who is a hard work singer, too. 

J.Lo is not a natives. She suffered from discrimination in her career due to her color and her physical shape (even comedy takes her ass as a joke). But she never look down on herself.
